Let's dive a little deeper and learn more about Justin.

What’s your background? What were you doing before NFTs?
I grew up on Long Island, New York, and moved to NYC in my mid teens. I attended the Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art where I studied the various disciplines—sculpture, drawing, color, sound, motion, architecture, science, engineering.

I approach artwork not having a defined style or medium, but utilize all mediums as exploration and experimentation. I sometimes feel like the older I get the less I know, so my practice is always evolving and adapting to challenge the environments around me.

For the past few years I have been working as a designer in the engineering field, so some of my work has been influenced by my job. To me, technology and artwork are inextricably linked, so NFTs provided for a rich ground to make work in and around.

What do you do for fun?
I love riding my motorcycle all around (Kawasaki Vulcan Classic). It is the one thing that regardless of where I’m at, it calms my mind and provides the inner focus and inspiration I need to get through the day. I enjoy finding places on the map and taking unexpected trips to nowhere.

What inspires you?
Mycelium, mechanical engineering, doctors, rats, people who are good at cooking, musicians and artists of all kinds, architecture, film, my loved ones, and all of the mistakes I’ve made over the past few decades.

Who do you look up to in web3?
My good friend @salsatoshiNFT started a group called #radruesday on Twitter and it has been my main crypto family since I joined the space in 2021.

I have the privilege of working with and learning from so many talented artists, designers, writers, and musicians from all over the globe because of this collective, so I’m so grateful to him for having started it.

There are way too many people to name without excluding any, so I won’t attempt it, but they know who they are.
